We've decided that the plot consists of a girl who was bullied for being ugly in high school, she then turns out to be a millionaire in the later years, but unfortunately still ugly. She struggles through life, going out with men who love her money. She then decides that she's had enough. She opts for a plastic surgery makeover, and turns out beautiful. All of her old boyfriend's want her more for her looks but now she doesn't want them. She meets a guy who possesses the same qualities she has and they fall in love. During the relationships they reveal more about themselves to each other until they get to the secret of plastic surgery. The girl reveals first and the man reveals after, it turns out that they both got a plastic surgery makeover and made themselves beautiful. They are so in love that they decide to reverse the procedures and live life together as an ugly but rich couple.
I think that the character we've used is similar to a character that we'd see in a romantic comedy, although she has a makeover to make her look more attractive, she later reverses it and goes back to her unattractive appearance. However, she still manages to fall in love and live happily ever after. So all in all, the plot twists a little because it doesn't follow a generic romcom.
